Might be ok for an Undertaker's Office. Not for storing coffins or stuff like that, but for the admin side of things. Though I'm not sure that location is the best place for that.

I see that the various references to Byrne's Butchers have been removed from the shop, which closed at end of June. The lights were on and fridge units moved around. Some people were in looking around. Appeared to have a sense of ownership/investor about them. I heard an undertakers business is moving into the area but I presume the butcher's premises is a bit small. I understood that the undertaker business and bookies were associated with the pub

I suppose you can organise the wake beside the undertakers, and when the bookies opens you can get odds on the weather for the day of the funeral. Never heard of any of the three listed undertakers - who claim over 50 years in business
