I think its good news if the CYMS hall open the doors again, you must have a good committee and manager as the last committee was not great [thats another story]. I want to know who to contact or runs the youth club [not premises ...just a donation]

Hi Princess, great to see so many people behind the CYMS and the YC, regarding your comments about the last committee, the last committee were in office for the last 5 or 6 years and the reason things moved slowly was a problem trying to sort our the old Trustees and then nominate another 5 people willing to take on this position, very few wanted this position. If you ever had any dealing with the legal system you know how long these things take. The committee worked long and hard to sort this and it is only because of their dedication that things can now move on. Lets now look forward and not back and lets seen if those who give out about things not happening will get involved themselves and help get the hall opened as soon as possible.

With the impending election, why not ask the candidates what they will do for Monasterevin, youth or CYMS

However in these recessionary times .. where are the CYMS Committee going to get the thousands and thousands of euro that will be needed to refurb this run down eyesore ! Come on tell us !
