It's woolly Joe!!!!! I shall have all the gear ready just in case. Wouldn't it be lovely to wake up Christmas morning and see white everywhere. Wooly is allowed but woolly is a bit common!

I don't know exactly how far the weather patterns go, but we, here in Albany, just had a small dumping. The forecasters called for 1 - 3 inches. We got 8. It's heading out to the Atlantic, so you might get it in a few days. For the past two days it has travelled from mid-Canada, down the central USA, east to cover the East Coast, and now out through the northeast to the ocean. Good Luck peoples.

I heard Wisconsin and Iowa got a good dumping of snow and the great lakes area is expecting to get hit soon. We are expecting our cold to come from Russia rather than the Atlantic.

But sugar, it gets mild before snow, so it might be too cold at the moment... I love the snow too but just hate all the mess afterwards, and the wet clothes and wet floors!!!

No it's actually too mild at the moment for snow, give it another few days to get colder.

I bet you were always being told off at school for contradicting.!! My mother claims she can smell snow!, mind you she's never been wrong, I'll have to set her up as a historical landmark of Celbridge.!

Would your mother care to tell us what snow smells like? I never would have taken her for a snow snorter.
