Just now on driving into Abbey Farm I saw a hedgehog wandering aimlessly around the road with a tub on its head. I got out and gave the tub a little tug but it wouldn't come off. I then got a better grip and lifted the hedgehog slightly off the ground and it then released. It was one of those Angelito ice cream tubs with a clear plastic piece snapped to the top. The poor hedgehog got its head stuck into it and couldn't get out. It's rare enough I see a hedgehog but I was glad to help this one out. It stood around for a while and then scurried off into the bushes.
