I usually book my holidays separately i.e. book flights and accommodation over the internet. However, I want to go to Santorini in Greece (its one of the most beautiful islands) and the only way to get a direct flight from Dublin is to go through XL travel. I was on my want into town (dublin) to book it and I heard on the Joe Duffy show that there were terrible problems with a flight to Salou with XL travel. Now I never heard of them? Has anyone ever travelled with them and if so what did they think? Also is it ok to book with Toolin travel in Celbridge? are they reliable?

TVN, Sugarlove, thank you so much for that info. I am now going to check out hotels myself but I dont have any choice with airline as there are no direct flights from dublin - only XL. I was there many many years ago, but it is difficult to get to unless you want to take two flights.... It is such a beautiful island - so romantic...... hm....... Anyway Im looking at Sept. so I will let you know if I get sorted......

Sometimes is worth taking two planes rather than spend 27 hours waiting in an airport. Or you could spend a couple of days in Athens and then fly there with Aegean airlines.

Maybe there will less chances of delays as it isn't as busy as in the summer. Best of luck with them, I'll be in Vancouver by then

It is one just on the other side of the road with a much bigger garden but very similar in style inside! We have plans for at least 3 dogs so far and a few cats. My mum is already looking at storage companies there where to put some of the stuff we will be sending soon. If things go well, himself goes the last week of August and we will join him the first week of September (he can do the cleaning with my mother
