Can anyone help. The trees at side of our house are over-grown and need cutting back. There is an Eircom Phone Line and the trees have grown through them. Do Eircom offer service to cut back trees ? We couldn't go at them ourselves I imagine it would be very dangerous ! I have been looking up Eircom Website and dont see any reference to it there ! Thanks Folks

Once upon a time eircom did do such work but now it's up to you to look after the trees yourself. Like any trees if you can't cut them back you will need to employ someone to do it. The phone wires are not dangerous like electricity wires are in terms of risk of electrocution.

we all have mobile phones and those unsightly tangled charger's. so here is an easy (has to be for me) to wrap and unwrap, without damaging cable. also work's with headphone's and suchlike.

Don't care what anyone says, wrapping cables constantly is going to damage them inside and eventually they just won't work.

It's handier to use the velcro wraps that come with the cables than tying knots. If you don't have velcro wraps get them.
