I do find that businesses that sell primarily via their website are not very good at answering the phone unless of course you are a known big customer.

Sign up with Paypal and then use it to pay. Paypal is very secure and most good websites accept payment via Paypal. It's also free. Only Paypal will have your credit card details so anyone you deal with online will never know your details.

I find paypal great. I signed up to them a few years ago and because I'm registered with them they have my details, and I don't have to go looking for the credit card every time I buy online.. bought a lap top cooler thing this evening on ebay. easy peasy. Give it another go coocullen.

Best take it out of the box and plastic when using it or else there's something wrong like the house is too hot or the internal fans are not working. Maybe it's ancient and works on valves or 1st generation processors. Should I go on or shut up now?
