Until you log into the forum it doesn't take account of an individual's profile and when you do it will display time according to your setting. If you are just viewing without logging in then the forum will display time according to its global setting which appears to be set for GMT which is an hour behind our summer time setting.

it's not a time warp as such. but has anyone out there got a dvd of the first fame, 1980 i think. i would seriously love a copy.went to the flick's with the daughter the other night to see the new one, it's crap.told her the first one was 100 time's better. would seriously love to prove it.

anyone know where i can get a device to transfer my old vhs tape's onto dvd.load's of family one's in the attic would love to change.

If you still have the vhs player and the dvd recorder, just connect the vhs to the dvd and record.
****A year ago, I found a dvd recorder with a hard drive (made by Philips). This makes conversions and editings much smoother.

Talking of remakes,saw the remake of Rollerball recently and it was absolutely dreadful.
The original is a neglected '70's classic.
Mind you,I hav'nt seen it since 1975 or whenever,so it may well be shite too,but it was great at the time.
