We had a great turn out, so much so that people who arrived late were turned away by the Library folowing fire Regulations etc. A Five year plan / power point was presented to our local councillors and to the the public re the restoration of the old buildings and the story of the site. Tus workers on site who have done amazing work were congratulated on the evening. The graveyard is open to the public 20 hours a week, ie Monday and Tuesday 10-4, but closed for lunch from 1-2 pm. It is also opened on Wednesday till one o clock. We hope to get grant funding to implement the plan and do some local fundraising as well. So all is looking good. And a big thank you to all who managed to turn up, as its not always easy to get away.
