Celbridge got an increase of 13 points over 2013 and were awarded a bronze medal for the second year in a row. We were very close to a silver as Leixlip received a silver for a score of 291 which was only two more points than Celbridge. The judge came a bit too early to Celbridge on the 11th of June which was too early for the floral displays. Irrespective of any competition Celbridge is a better place to live and work in, thanks to all of the volunteers who put so much hard work in during the year. It is not just done on 11th June or any other single day. Thanks to those who do so much work and take a bow.
